Who we are It may sound like a cliché, but it's true: Austin International was founded in 2007 in a garage in England.

Pete Hart's goal was to create a modern recruitment agency for the most exciting and innovative industry of all:

Our leadership in Germany consists of home-grown talent: Jacob McCulloch (CEO) and Susi Krieg (Managing Director) both started as recruiters with us and have made their careers at Austin International.

We now have two highly specialized brands:
Austin Fraser for tech professions and Austin Vita for the medical technology industry.

In the summer of 2023, we even secured backing from a leading investor and have big plans for our locations in Munich, Berlin, and Hamburg.
