Front Office Agent (m/f/d)
starting as soon as possible, Monday to Friday, full-time in Munich.

What to expect:

Together with your colleagues, you are the heart of the training center as the first point of contact at our two reception counters
Participants, trainers, guests, and employees of the training academy look forward to your competent support on site
Whether it's preparing training rooms, providing training equipment, or creating training materials you coordinate the details for successful learning
You also take care of issuing visitor passes and controlling which vehicles are allowed on the premises
In consultation with our training coordinators, you take on subareas of event organization such as creating certificates, sending training materials, or booking participants
To ensure everything is in the right place and welldocumented, you maintain organized documentation and filing systems
