Our company employs around 2,400 people worldwide and has subsidiaries in over 20 countries. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pineville.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks
Identify weaknesses within a defined set of machinery and independently address them while considering opportunities for streamlining processes
Document work content and results
Proactively identify and reduce process risks

Qualifications:

Completed technical vocational training, preferably as a mechatronics technician
Previous experience in maintenance within a production facility is desirable
Strong technical understanding and openness to new tasks
High quality awareness and enjoyment in creating perfect production processes
Ability to work independently, reliability, and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in shifts (usually 2 shifts) is mandatory.
