PPM Coordinator - Ravenna, NE, United States - Neptune Enterprises
Description
To optimally prepare for future challenges, we are looking for a PPM Coordinator (m/f/d) for our location in Paderborn, starting as soon as possible and with a fixed term until May 31, 2024.
In this role, you will be a key support for our operational department, responsible for the preparation and follow-up of maintenance work and directly contributing to our success.
Some typical tasks for this position include:
- Responsibility for all administrative tasks in the work area
- Support in updating the equipment inventory (e.g. filing certificates) as well as archiving work orders
- Coordination and scheduling with customers/end customers
- Coordination of inhouse craftsmen and subcontractors
- Creation of documentation and monthly reports
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and work instructions
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an office clerk) or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a similar position in an industry with high customer service requirements
- Taskrelated flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks and systems
- High reliability and organizational skills as well as a very structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of German/good knowledge of English
- Proficient in common MS Office products and ERP systems
- Interest in the technical field
