What will you be doing? After thorough training from experienced colleagues, you will work independently and customer-oriented to solve complex hardware support cases - mostly through ticketing system, but also by phone.

As part of our dedicated customer support team, you will contribute to ensuring that our customers receive optimal technical support:

  • You will act as a liaison between our customers, our hardware department, and our suppliers, and work together to find suitable solutions for all parties.
  • With your technical expertise, you will advise our customers on questions regarding product hardware.
  • Complaint? A case for you: You will handle repair requests, check invoices, and process returns.
  • You will identify common customer concerns and, in collaboration with the hardware department, continuously improve our products and support services.

What do you bring?

  • A completed technical education (e.g. as an IT specialist) or relevant technical knowledge acquired through other means (e.g. through several years of experience in the IT field). However, we also welcome career changers with a strong technical understanding to join us.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux.
  • Basic knowledge of network services (e.g. DNS, mail, web) and principles of firewalls,
