Manager (m/f/d)

for the department of personal customer branch services

Your tasks with us


You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and report to the head of the competence center.


You are responsible for the development of your team members (regular feedback conversations, training, etc.) and plan the onboarding of new employees.

You are in charge of coordinating, managing, and ensuring the quality of work processes.

You organize and optimize internal business processes as part of a continuous improvement process.

You ensure close collaboration and continuous exchange with the branches you support.

You take on specialist functions in projects and support tasks in daily business.

Your qualifications
You have completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.

You have at least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, particularly in the area of customer business
