Cornerstone Caregiving is a leading provider in the home care industry.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic team member to join our Home Base Field team. As a Field Development Specialist reporting to the Director of Field Operations, you will be pivotal in the growth and launch of new non-medical home care offices across the country through on-site visits.
Working closely with the Operating Director, you will lead Cornerstone Caregiving's brand awareness efforts and expansion into new markets.
Your role entails developing marketing strategies, establishing relationships with community care partners, and showcasing the value of Cornerstone's services. Collaborating with Operating Directors to identify growth opportunities and provide constructive feedback are key aspects of the position.
Duties include:
- Training Operating Directors on marketing best practices
- Setting up and ensuring efficient office operations
- Building relationships with community partners
Job Responsibilities and Reporting Structure:
- Traveling to new Cornerstone Caregiving offices nationwide within the first 13 weeks of launch
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies with Operating Directors
- Conducting efficient and positive office visits
- Assisting in policy implementation and attending key meetings
Education and Required Skills:
- Preferably experience in marketing and sales with strong interpersonal skills
- Background in home care, hospice, or senior living is a plus
- Adaptability and ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ethics and a bachelor's degree
