- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to various business lines in the loyalty-tech sector
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, handbooks, and multimedia content
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, evaluate their effectiveness, and collaborate with experts to design programs
- Offer continuous support to employees, monitor their progress, manage training logistics, and nurture a culture of learning and growth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, HR, or related field
- Previous experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or Corporate Trainer
- Strong presentation, communication, and design skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Atlassian, and Google Suites
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Resourceful and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Passion for employee development and learning
- Training and Development Certification (CPLP) is a plus
- Project/Program Management Certification is beneficial
- Proficiency in Lucid software is advantageous
- Knowledge of loyalty-tech industry concepts and practices is beneficial
