Customer Service Representative m/f/d - Dutch


Our client in Bochum is currently looking for a customer service representative who can provide support and advice in Dutch.

This is a long-term position with the possibility of permanent employment.

Your responsibilities as a customer service representative include:

  • Telephone customer support
  • Technical assistance for mobile payment stations
  • Recording technical defects
  • Processing refunds

Your profile as a customer service representative:

  • You are fluent in Dutch
  • Ideally, you have experience in customer service
  • You are able to work fulltime from Monday to Friday
The location in the Bochum district is close to Essen, Herne, Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen, Witten, Castrop-Rauxel, Sprockhövel and Hattingen.
