Service Assistant (m/f/d) with a focus on customer service

Your responsibilities

  • Welcoming and catering to our service customers and prospects
  • Independent organization and management of customer appointment scheduling
  • Preparing orders for the service team
  • Managing our central email distribution and forwarding it to the relevant departments
  • Responsible for the cash register, including accepting money, managing and making bank runs
  • Taking responsibility for our customer database
  • Ensuring smooth communication with customers throughout the entire service process
  • Communicating in spoken and written German

Your profile

  • Training in a commercial field or in the hotel industry
  • Experience in a similar role with direct customer contact
  • Good understanding of workshop and service processes
  • High social competence and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and language skills in German
  • Committed, independent and proactive thinking and working style
  • Openmindedness, teamwork and confident demeanor even in turbulent situations
