We need agile employees and talented individuals to meet the needs of our customers. As an HR Assistant, you will motivate and engage our employees by providing a great employee experience. You will have the opportunity to implement your ideas, learn from your team, and advance your career.

A day in the life

This is not your typical office job, as you will be working on-site at one of our locations in direct contact with our logistics teams.

Depending on the location, you will work in rotation with your HR Assistant colleagues.

A member of our HR team will always be available as a point of contact on-site to answer any employee questions.

As an HR Assistant, you will have a variety of tasks. You will oversee key HR processes and support your team leaders with projects to motivate employees. This includes gathering feedback from employees and getting them on board with new plans and projects. You will also help create an inclusive environment where employees can feel comfortable bringing up their HR questions.

The top priority of the People Experience and Technology Solutions Team (PXT Team) is to provide our colleagues with a great Amazon experience and help us remain one of the most innovative, customer-centric, and agile companies in the world.
