Your tasks

  • You manage the central fault management and coordinate multiple external service providers
  • You receive reports of defects around the building
  • You handle fleet management and process traffic violations
  • You assist with the procurement of vehicles and act as a liaison to leasing companies, fleet management, workshops, etc.
  • You process orders for the digital locking system and create and manage transponders, including software maintenance
  • You maintain occupancy plans in Visio and Excel
  • You represent the office management in invoice verification and assignments
  • You assist with budget planning and actual expectations
  • You handle customer inquiries
  • You assist with the creation and management of service ID cards
  • You support in relocation management
Your profile

  • You are a team player and able to handle stress
  • You have a technical understanding
  • You are willing to work regularly in the office (usually 5 working days per week)
  • You have a high customer and service orientation
  • You have a conscientious work ethic and possess good German language skills in both written and spoken form
