As a graduate, you will start in our 6-month program with a focus on Digital Consulting & Project Management in the Public Business Area.

In addition to exciting projects for the digitalization of public administration in Germany and the EU, you will undergo a variety of training courses to prepare you for your future role in the company.


We support you in unleashing your full potential:

Throughout the learning journey, you will be accompanied by a mentor and benefit from the experiences and knowledge of our experts from science and practice.


The following tasks await you:

  • You will shape and support public administration on its path to digitalization. Together with experienced colleagues, you will learn the IT consulting and systems integration business in the public sector from the ground up.
  • You will support our clients in their digitalization projects and contribute to the specification, implementation, quality assurance, and introduction of suitable software solutions.
  • In addition, you will support our sales team as a solution designer in creating proposals.
  • During the program, you will participate in workshops and complete innovative training courses in the areas of digitalization, new technologies, as well as project management & consulting. These trainings include exciting lectures from our cooperation partner, RWTH Aachen Business School.
