For our client, a renowned patent law firm based in Hamburg, we are looking for you as a patent attorney (m/f/d). The position is designed with a specific perspective on partnership.

Your future employer

Patent attorney partnership with specialization and over 75 years of experience in advising national and international clients in all areas of industrial property rights (D + EU) for small, medium and large companies.

The focus of the work is on direct mandates for comprehensive and strategic support of companies from technically oriented industries.

Your tasks

You will advise clients from various technical industries, including mechanical and automotive engineering, renewable energies, laser technology and high-tech applications from the university sector.
You will deal with inventions and designs, from the preparation of the initial application to the international family of protective rights, as well as in contentious proceedings.

Your profile

Ideally, you already have the qualifications for the German and European Patent Office. However, we are also open to applications from patent attorney candidates or patent assessors (m/f/d).
You have very good English skills and a strong technical affinity based on an engineering
