Chalfant, PA branch is currently seeking a
Human Resources Representative (m/f/d) for a position in
Wesseling to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities as a Human Resources Representative (m/f/d):

  • Your main task in this role will be personnel administration and development, ensuring a strong and satisfied workforce.
  • You will be responsible for planning seminars and training sessions to keep the team uptodate and support their professional development.
  • Another important aspect of your role will be independently recruiting and conducting job interviews, ensuring that no position remains vacant for long.
  • You will also be the main point of contact for personnel service providers, discussing needs and sending out time sheets.
  • Your responsibilities will also include general administrative tasks related to personnel matters.

Your profile as a Human Resources Representative (m/f/d):

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with additional training or relevant work experience.
  • You have previous experience in the field of human resources.
  • You are familiar with MS Office products.
  • You have a friendly demeanor and are looking to work at least 20 hours per week. Fulltime is 35 hours per week.
