Description
Proficient with personal computers in a windows environment including Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, Excel or Lotus.- Working knowledge of office practices, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation, and basic arithmetic.
- Ability to take clear, concise messages+
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (fax, copier, printer).
- Ability to keyboard correspondence reports from rough drafts.
- Ability to maintain automated and manual filing systems.
- Knowledge of office/program support activities.
- Specific knowledge of work unit programs and activities.
- Knowledge of basic math and bookkeeping, telephone procedures, and standard business communication.
Work hours:
- 8:30am 4:30 pm
- Lunch: 1 hour (unpaid)
Job Types:

$16.82 per hour
