Description
We are looking for you as an intern in the personnel service to support our team in Leipzig/Halle.
These are your tasks:
- Creating contract documents in Zvoove (Landwehre), taking over administrative tasks
- Recruiting employees from September to January for the inventory project
- Managing, scheduling and deployment planning of employees for inventories
- Tracking employee hours and verifying invoices
- Willingness to participate in inventories
- Public relations: Creating job postings on Instagram and other platforms
These are your qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn are required
- Commercial work experience and experience in personnel services are desirable
- A valid driver's license is necessary
- You are reliable and have a structured way of working
What you can expect:
