Office Management Clerk / Office Management Clerk with job-specific additional qualification & international internship

Office management clerks work in companies from various industries.

Due to their versatile training, they are not only employed in the assistant area, but also in all other commercial departments of the company.

In addition to event management and organizing business trips and meetings, they support various operational processes such as procurement of products, order processing and billing.


Training contents:
Internal organization and administration (data and text processing, correspondence, sales and inventory figures)

Marketing (customer support, public relations)

Accounting (bookkeeping, payroll, statistics, etc.)

Order processing (checking and controlling invoices, incoming payments)

Preparation for IHK final exams part I and II


Additional qualifications:
10-finger typing

Professional appearance in everyday work and customer communication (including telephone practice training)

Information technology office management (including exam preparation)

Financial accounting

Several weeks of international internship with Europass Mobility


Admission requirements:
High school diploma or good secondary school leaving certificate
