We are currently seeking a German-speaking Video Content Analyst for an international company in Benton Heights, MI. This role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal.Responsibilities:
- Review user reports related to website content
- Make informed decisions and assist in resolving inquiries according to established policies and procedures
- Evaluate sensitive content
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German, with intermediate level of English
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shift rotation
- Strong communication skills
- Quick learner and adaptable
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- Ability to objectively evaluate and classify content
