Are you looking for a job with a starting salary of 3,000€, gradual salary increases, and long-term job security in an indefinite permanent position? We are offering a full-time sales job as a setter/pre-qualifier in Berlin.

No sales experience? Looking for a career change?
During the training period, you will learn everything you need to know to perform the job. Previous sales experience is not necessary.

SHRS trains sales companies and sales representatives nationwide. Due to our great success with clients, we now receive between inquiries from interested parties per month. These inquiries need to be pre-qualified.

This means that you will contact them by phone at the agreed-upon time, check if we can help them, and if they are suitable for our coaching.

Your tasks also include following up with contacts who have previously contacted us for a conversation but were not qualified/did not show up, or similar situations.

You will receive 100% training, support, and will not be left alone in the first 4-6 weeks.
