We are currently seeking a Technical Service Employee (m/f/d) for a renowned company in the Woodbourne, PA area.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external communication and handling correspondence, including in English
  • Performing administrative tasks (e.g. organizing office management, coordinating schedules for assigned individuals, tracking followups)
  • Organizing and processing travel arrangements, both domestic and international
  • Handling personnel matters
  • Coordinating between employees and the HR department, as well as managing employee needs (e.g. time tracking, vacation balances)
  • Assisting with departmentspecific tasks (e.g. creating purchase requests, reviewing invoices, preparing reports)
  • Coordinating and assisting with tasks assigned by superiors (e.g. organizing meetings, drafting routine texts, creating meeting minutes)
  • Managing meeting rooms and visitors, including all necessary administrative tasks

Requirements:


  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • A clean criminal record
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, independent work ethic, teamwork, and organizational skills
