Your tasks: * Management of the entire instructor team (instructors and captains) * Training of employees * Weekly scheduling for the team (shift schedule, classes, private lessons) * Responsibility for quality assurance in the gym (cleanliness and functionality of equipment) * Personal and competent customer support via in-person, email, and phone * Communication with employees about promotions, strategies, and plans * Availability and helpfulness towards customers and employees * Use and maintenance of all existing IT systems/cash registers What you bring: * Fitness trainer certification B license or equivalent, preferably in artistic gymnastics, trampolining, freestyle, or tricking * Several years of professional experience in the field of sports and training * Leadership experience * Conflict management training and experience advantageous * Friendly and approachable personality
