  • You actively support strategic HR projects and core processes (e.g. annual talent process).
  • You independently prepare analyses and presentations on current HR topics.
  • You work on the implementation of transformation and change.
  • You are responsible for researching professional content.
  • You actively participate in workshops and internal events.

What do you bring with you?

  • You are studying economics, business administration, business psychology, or a similar field of study.
  • You are a team player and work independently and goaloriented.
  • You have a strong interest in HR topics.
  • You have excellent English and German skills and are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Fair compensation

We pay you as a working student (m/f/x) with an hourly wage between €14.00 and €16.00 gross during your bachelor's studies and €15.
