YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Managing small to mediumsized projects in various production areas
  • Project focuses: optimizing production processes, production controlling, production management, establishing supply chain/subcontracting, lean management, strategic development
  • Implementing measures in case of delays
  • Coordination with affected workshops

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field (Bachelor/Master/Diploma)
  • Relevant experience in project work in a production context
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work analytically, structured, and goaloriented
