About Us:
We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Fort Bragg.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining employee data in the HR program P&I LOGAF, managing both physical and digital personnel files, and overseeing vacation, sick leave, and absence records.
You will also be responsible for preparing and executing monthly payroll, handling administrative tasks related to personnel processes, and managing communication with social security agencies, tax authorities, and other government entities.
Additionally, you will be responsible for issuing and managing certificates and handling general correspondence.You will work closely with the accounting, IT, and regional teams, and actively contribute to process improvement and relevant projects.
