Are you always up to date with the latest trends on Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms? Do you have a knack for navigating the digital world and using tools like the back of your hand? Are you passionate about working with exciting personalities and eager to learn how to execute creative influencer campaigns? Then our team in Hampshire, IL is looking for you We are seeking innovative individuals who are at home in the digital world and are interested in getting a behind-the-scenes look at the social web.


Responsibilities:

  • This is a 12month traineeship opportunity
  • You will be responsible for researching and communicating with influencers on Instagram and YouTube in the lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, and food & beverage industries, as well as building new media contacts
  • From acquisition to success monitoring, you will have an overview of ongoing collaborations and support us in our daily tasks
  • You will assist in organizing events and productions
  • You will participate in the development of creative concepts and contribute with original ideas

Qualifications:

  • You have already gained experience in the realm of new media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and have successfully completed your studies
  • You are proficient in digital tools, have a keen eye for trends in the social web, and have knowledge in brand communication
  • You thrive in interacting with people and making new contacts
  • Your strong communication skills and sensitivity allow you to confidently handle texts, both for social media posts and presentations (in German and English)
