Your responsibilities
- Ensuring availability and delivery readiness according to demand in coordination with our dispatch department
- Coordination of activities with suppliers, if necessary preparation of supplier changes in close coordination with the department manager
- Communication with suppliers, evaluation, analysis and documentation in purchasing
- Interdepartmental collaboration on new projects with our product management and sales
- Further development of existing procurement tools
- Bottleneck management and control in case of delivery problems
- Sales analysis, product, market and competition analysis
- Optimization of existing packaging materials
Your skills
- Experience in purchasing and ideally industry knowledge in the dairy products sector
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Completed commercial training or a successfully completed business administration degree
- Conceptual and strategic thinking and proactive action with a high focus on results
- Strong communication skills, as well as independent and structured work
- High commitment, flexibility and resilience
- Solution-oriented approach to complex situations
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is desirable
