HR consultant or HR project manager
as a career changer customer success manager
(m/f/d) HR software
permanent position, full-time, Greater Munich area with home office

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the complete implementation of our HR software solutions for our new customers until go-live "in time", "in budget" and "in function".
  • This includes project management in terms of coordinating and conducting standardized appointments (kick-off, regular meetings, trainings, go-live) as well as the operational implementation of central setup steps in the software (app settings, workflows, data import) for and together with the customer.
  • You also advise our customers on changing familiar processes within their capabilities
