We are looking for a motivated Head of Product (M/F/d) for our Product Team in Eagle Grove, IA to drive the development of strategies for our portfolio companies.


In your daily work, you will focus on optimizing software products, general automation, and making valuable contributions to various exciting projects.

Our Product Team designs the applications and services that our customers will love.

This group of experts focuses on understanding user needs through research and analysis, leading Scrum/Squad teams to bring ideas to life, and designing scalable technical features.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and maintaining a product vision and communicating it to teams and stakeholders within and outside of our portfolio companies
  • Providing strategic guidance and comprehensive prioritization through a product roadmap
  • Optimizing software products and general automation including analyzing existing business processes and setting goals for our portfolio companies
  • Collaborating on new development projects with business units and tech teams particularly focusing on endcustomer needs and the profitability of software development
  • Using appropriate quantitative and qualitative research formats to analyze and validate customer needs and desires
  • Planning team structure and resource allocation
  • Mentoring product managers of varying seniority levels and supporting their systematic personal development
