The Landsberg am Lech Hospital offers a wide range of medical services with specialized centers within the basic and standard care in the district.

As a community-oriented, firmly established and modern hospital, we have a premium ward, individual patient care and future-oriented construction projects, making us a facility with short distances.


We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time (80%) Trainee/Junior HR Officer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include gaining comprehensive insights into the HR work of a hospital and being trained in recruitment, employee support, and HR reporting.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:


  • Implementation of hiring, reclassification, and relocation processes, including contract creation and changes, as well as reference letter writing
  • Development and implementation of optimization measures
  • Conducting research, analysis, and presentations

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or Law with a focus on HR or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, some practical experience (e.g. internships) in HR
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Independent and proactive work style with strong communication skills

Our 8-member HR team covers all tasks related to recruiting and supporting hospital employees, as well as payroll and time management.
