These tasks will convince you

Onsite support
Technical support for hardware (PCs, monitors, printers, notebooks, scanners, servers, multifunction devices, phones)
Client support
Error analysis and troubleshooting
Implementation of hardware and software updates
User support and training
Execution of managed service activities
Documentation in ticket system

These skills will convince us

Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Technical experience in onsite/remote support for end users
Support for Windows workstations/laptops with software: MS Office, customer-specific software and production environments, mobile devices
Specialized knowledge in the area of Windows client
