Job Description:


At S4E Advising, we're seeking individuals with a natural flair for sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

As an Authorized Spectrum Retail Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our retail operations, engaging with customers, promoting Spectrum's products and services, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in a consultative manner to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions that enhance their experience with Spectrum.
  • Showcase your expertise in Spectrum's offerings, including internet, TV, and mobile services, and how they can address the unique needs of our customers.
  • Utilize your problemsolving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.
  • Drive sales through proactive engagement and upselling techniques, maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining a customercentric focus.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, where creativity and innovation are encouraged.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, resultsdriven environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers and support our retail operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.

  • Monday to Friday
