Your tasks - what you do with us

You advise our managers and employees on all questions related to personnel development, especially on the topic of leadership.
You shape the redesign of our leadership development and manage the implementation of defined work packages.
You further develop our selection tools for managers and company promotion positions and introduce new selection standards.
You moderate internal workshops, selection processes, and events and work closely with internal interfaces, especially recruiting, talent management, and HR business partnering.
You select, commission, and manage external cooperation partners for the implementation of development measures.
