Your responsibilities:

Care and support of the children entrusted to us
Implementation and participation in the development of our pedagogical concept
Education, support, and care of children according to the educational and developmental plan
Active shaping of the pedagogical daily routine and daily/weekly schedule
Independent planning and implementation of pedagogical activities
Positive management of the parenteducator partnership
Observation and documentation of children within their learning and development process
