Pause & Play Escape Rooms in Hamburg

1 Team, 1 Room, 1 Hour, 1 Goal: Escape


As a
Game Master, you are the heart of the pause & play concept and ensure a reliable and smooth operation.

You will be responsible for guiding our groups, listening and observing everything that happens during the game, giving hints at the right moments, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable time.


Ideally, you should bring the following:

  • Interest and enjoyment in Escape Rooms
  • Openness, friendliness, and joy in working with (international) guests
  • Reliable, independent, and careful work ethic
  • Flexible availability (including weekends)
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
