Your Responsibilities

General commercial tasks, such as invoicing and invoice verification
Creating offers, contacting our customers
Acquisition through the abovementioned activities and regular contact with existing customers
Order creation and order processing

In addition, support in the scale department, tasks include:

Weighing of incoming and outgoing vehicles, i.e. operation of the entrance/exit scale
Checking delivery documents for completeness
Close communication with dispatch

Commercial understanding and basic knowledge of IT
Experience with logistical processes
Teamwork, commitment, assertiveness, and flexibility
Precise and careful work ethic
Ability to think outside the box and enjoy tasks that do not fit into a traditional job description
