V. in Oacoma, SD.

In a place of carefree togetherness, children are accompanied here to gather experiences and become strong communicative, lively, and open-minded individuals.

In this family-oriented facility, "Zwergerl" aged 18 months to school enrollment feel at home and parents are welcome. Two groups of 15 children each are supervised by one educator, one childcare worker, and one annual intern.

As one of the first parent-child initiatives in Munich, we have strong pedagogical expertise. Age mixing is a key element, as well as plenty of physical activity in daily life. In our large, playable garden area, children can feel comfortable and develop.

Responsibilities:

You plan and carry out ageappropriate activities
You conduct the daily routine for children in a team
You regularly communicate with parents and promote good cooperation

Qualifications:

Completed education or equivalent qualification
Empathy, joy, and enthusiasm for working with children aged 18 months to school enrollment
Reliability, personal responsibility, and teamwork
Willingness to promote social and personal skills
Motivation, creativity, and independence
Openness and enjoyment of new things
A trusting relationship with parents
Good knowledge of German
