The Legal & Compliance department of Schwarz Dienstleistung KG is responsible for providing legal advice to the various departments and management in their activities.

As the operator of a certified compliance management system, the department ensures systematic compliance with applicable laws and internal guidelines, with a focus on data protection.

For the companies of the Schwarz Group, the department serves as a group-wide service provider for the implementation of all corporate measures and in antitrust law advice.


Your responsibilities:


  • Legal support for construction projects and existing properties at our locations in Hot Springs, AR
  • Independent handling of real estaterelated inquiries from internal departments in the areas of land purchase, private construction and architecture law, tenancy law, and facility management
  • Drafting and negotiation of contracts related to real estate matters
  • Management of external law firms and court proceedings
  • Training of departments on legal basics

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed Second State Examination in Law
  • Indepth knowledge of real estate law, preferably in private construction and architecture law and tenancy law
  • Several years of relevant professional experience (usually 3 years)
  • Solutionoriented thinking
  • Responsible and discreet handling of confidential information, as well as structured and analytical work style
  • Commitment and enthusiasm
  • Very good German and good English skills
