Description

The Adiuvare Service GmbH is a subsidiary of the Sarepta Foundation in the von Bodelschwingh Foundations Bethel. It provides services in the areas of food supply and building and facility management for the facilities of the von Bodelschwingh Foundations Bethel.

For our facility, the Children and Youth Hospice Bethel, we are looking for a part-time Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as soon as possible.

Working hours:

Monday to Sunday, including holidays

Housekeeping Operations Manager (m/f/d) part-time

Your tasks

Expert and reliable preparation of meals and drinks
Creation of the occupancy plan for the guest area
Support in menu planning and calculation
Communication with suppliers, customers and guests
Cooking with fresh products at a high level
Implementation and control of quality management, hygiene guidelines and HACCP regulations
Support in the commissioning of food and goods
Representing the operations management in their absence
Organization of building cleaning
