Independently handling customer inquiries
Contacting potential new customers and acquiring them via telephone
Conducting needsbased sales conversations, both over the phone and in writing
Offering and booking trainings as part of the Loxone Academy
Preparing and following up on trainings (training rooms, certificates, catering, etc.)
Professional customer management using a CRM system and maintaining master data
Planning and conducting tours of our showroom
Office management and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Experience in customer contact or a similar customeroriented position outgoing career changers welcome
Enjoyment of making phone calls, good communication skills, and impeccable expression
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Independent work style and sense of responsibility
MS Office skills and 10finger system
Openness to learning new things
