YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Answering phone calls * Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence * General administrative tasks * Scheduling * Maintaining master data * Checking supplier invoices * Organizing and preparing appointments * Creating invoices * Organizing filing systems YOUR SKILLS * Completed vocational training, preferably as a legal assistant, insurance clerk, office communication clerk, etc.
