WHAT YOU WILL LEARN WITH US

Are you interested in the combination of mechanic and cook? Then become a process mechanic.

First, you will learn in your apprenticeship how a plastic injection molding machine works and is built. We will also teach you everything you need to know about your main materials plastic and rubber. Then you will learn how to set up, start up and operate and monitor production machines and systems. It is important to find the right settings (temperature, pressure, time...) for the plastic injection molding machines before production starts, in order to bring the product into the specified initial shape. Similar to a cook, you will find the right ingredients to get a great end product. We will also show you how to convert machines and keep them running in the long term.
