Your responsibilities:

  • Coordination of breakfast service to ensure a smooth operation
  • Assisting with breakfast service and afternoon business
  • Ensuring a friendly and attentive service for guests
  • Scheduling in collaboration with the restaurant manager
  • Guest care, seating arrangements, and general organizational tasks
  • Control and organization of purchasing coffee, tea, and necessary food & non-food items
  • Daily briefings with service staff during breakfast
  • Training of new employees
  • Telephone acceptance, preparation, and serving of room service orders
