Administrative Assistant for Gastronomy (m/f/d)
Full-time/Part-time or as a mini-job


Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination and preparation of hotel bookings, seminars and events, as well as invoicing
  • Management and organization of the room rental calendar
  • Internal and external communication
  • Creation of offers, booking confirmations & function sheets
  • Maintenance of guest database (Hogatex) and booking portals
  • Management of hotel cash register, daily closing and recording of waiter settlements

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training and/or professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Proficient in using common MS Office applications
  • Structured and systematic work approach
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
