Administrative Assistant for Gastronomy (m/f/d)
Full-time/Part-time or as a mini-job
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination and preparation of hotel bookings, seminars and events, as well as invoicing
- Management and organization of the room rental calendar
- Internal and external communication
- Creation of offers, booking confirmations & function sheets
- Maintenance of guest database (Hogatex) and booking portals
- Management of hotel cash register, daily closing and recording of waiter settlements
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and/or professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry
- Proficient in using common MS Office applications
- Structured and systematic work approach
- Fluent in written and spoken German
