The HSE department is dedicated to improving the world today and protecting it for future generations.

As part of this mission, we at HSE work for Vestas in the areas of Safety, Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Security around the world.

We are seeking a Director of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for our regional service team.

This position is based in Aarhus or Hamburg and will oversee the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Lead the HSE Services Team NCE to ensure the best support on our journey to zero harm
Ensure high levels of Health and Safety, and Environmental performance and compliance across the value chain in NCE HSE Service
Support the deployment of the Vestas Management system compliant with ISO 14001 and ISO 4500
Establish an efficient training system for the entire value chain represented in NCE HSE Service
Drive the implementation of strategic QSE (HSE) initiatives in NCE HSE Service
Support ISO Management Review Meetings at the regional level and follow up on resulting actions
Coordinate internal and external HSE audits for regional business entities, providing input on systemic corrections and analyzing countryspecific HSE risks before entering new markets
Conduct regular performance reporting and reviews with regional management, covering all relevant HSE KPIs and PIs
Drive and present status updates on continuous improvement actions
