We are currently seeking a (Senior) Engineer – Vehicle Dynamics & Chassis to join our Engineering Center in Raunheim, near Frankfurt.

As part of our growing team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate group of individuals, developing customized vehicles for the European market.

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual who can support the development of our European vehicles both locally and globally, in collaboration with our teams in China.

Job Description

  • Assess and evaluate chassis hardware and geometry assumptions in the advanced project phase, supporting the chassis and vehicle dynamics team
  • Make hardware specification decisions for European vehicle projects based on customer requirements in Europe
  • Create an attribute roadmap to achieve program targets based on European benchmarks
  • Lead the tuning of EU-specific vehicle attributes such as steering, braking, ride comfort, and handling
  • Provide tuning experience to support other global programs in China
  • Conduct benchmarking activities on key competing models and brands
  • Stay updated on the latest development trends and technologies in the chassis field
  • Collaborate closely with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu and Shanghai, as well
