Job Description:

  • Conducting automated load tests using robust load scripts and scenarios, analyzing the test results and developing suggestions for performance optimization in collaboration with development teams
  • Setting up application performance monitoring, analyzing any anomalies and assisting with root cause analysis
  • Preparing informative reports and presenting the results to our clients
  • Advising our clients on building and scaling test environments for load and performance testing, utilizing modern technologies such as OpenShift and containers

Requirements:

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in German (at least C1 level), with knowledge of English and willingness to travel as needed
  • Project experience in load and performance testing, particularly with Micro Focus Loadrunner, as well as consulting experience and strong communication skills are advantageous
  • Some experience in project management and coordination, as well as a good understanding of network protocols and application architectures
  • Ability to think abstractly, strong analytical skills, and conceptual thinking abilities
