On six floors, the premium store presents many shopping highlights - from international luxury brands in fashion, accessories, beauty, home, and gourmet - and combines tradition and modernity in a pioneering way when it comes to shopping culture.

Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the sales of women's fashion and shoes in the premium and luxury segment in the newly designed women's wear department with a sales area of approximately 3900 square meters.

You accompany and advise our customers with passion and offer them excellent customer service.
You are significantly responsible for driving the customer loyalty program for long-term customer retention.
You are responsible for merchandising according to the store's guidelines.
In addition, you support us in VFM, such as sales preparation and logistics.

Profile:

Your profile:
Completed commercial training and ideally, first experience in selling luxury products in the fashion and shoes sector.
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in sales, with a natural willingness to provide excellent service.
High fashion awareness and always up-to-date with the latest trends.
Fluent in German and good English skills for communication with international customers.
Additional languages such as Russian or Chinese are advantageous.
