Job Description:

Your responsibilities:
First point of contact for local and international customers in all matters (analog and digital) in collaboration with concession partners and tenants, including invoicing and shipping
Responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Acting as a service interface between different areas of the store
Maintaining various reports
Active participation in the customer loyalty program, including data management, reporting, and communication
Coordinating partners such as limousine service, restaurants, beauty department, etc.
Providing input for the continuous improvement of service offerings throughout the company


Profile:

Your profile:
Completed university degree or commercial training with several years of experience in the luxury segment
Seriousness, well-groomed appearance, good etiquette, and a strong hands-on mentality
High level of sensitivity and empathy in dealing with customers and employees
Excellent communication skills combined with a high level of service readiness
Very good
