Your contribution to the community - You will receive a diverse training through "training on the job" and internal training events - You will be prepared for and take the exam to become a certified insurance specialist (IHK) and a specialist for financial investments (DVA) in your first year - You actively assist our customers in the field by advising them on insurance matters, building savings, wealth creation, and capital investments - You analyze the wishes and needs of the customer and react accordingly - You manage a fixed customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka.
